Guide
Digital save the dates your guests will remember
A save the date tells guests to keep your day free before the formal invitation arrives. A digital one reaches everyone the moment you hit send, and with Everwoven it is a small animated moment: a calendar tears away month by month, flips over its rings or rolls until it stops on your wedding day.
When to send your save the date
- Local weddings: six to eight months before the day.
- Destination weddings or a December wedding: nine to twelve months before, so guests can book leave, flights and accommodation early.
- The formal invitation usually follows two to three months before the wedding.
